Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify pka98 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. pka98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
pka98 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card / CNIC, passport, or driver's licence); proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 subject to a 20x wagering requirement would require PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established.
pka98 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or participation by ineligible users. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing bets designed to systematically reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"); and coordinated exploitation between multiple users.
Bonus funds that are not used within the promotional validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire and be removed from the Account balance automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
Each casino game and sports betting market available on pka98 is governed by its own set of specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any technical malfunction or error during a game, pka98 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return stakes to the relevant account.
All sports betting markets — including cricket (Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments), football, UFC, and other events — are subject to the applicable market rules and settlement procedures. Odds displayed are correct at the time of display but are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Bets are binding only once a confirmation reference number has been issued.
Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement deadline, or otherwise rendered void under applicable market rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts. pka98's market-specific rules govern all settlement decisions; these are final and binding.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day. These limits are published in the relevant section of the Platform. Where winnings from a single bet or a combination of bets would exceed the applicable payout cap, the maximum payout cap will apply and any excess will not be paid.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pka98 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and legal action where appropriate:
Zero Tolerance on Fraud: pka98 has zero tolerance for fraudulent activity. All transactions and gaming activity are subject to ongoing monitoring. Suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and all funds associated with fraudulent accounts will be withheld pending investigation.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, databases, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of pka98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of pka98.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
